This course offers fantastic practical insights into sustainable living! I really liked how the questions connect psychological concepts like habit stacking and temporal landmarks to everyday eco-friendly choices. Highly engaging
What learners say
Learners describe the course as a useful guide that connects climate science and psychology with practical ideas for sustainable living. Reviewers appreciate the engaging questions on habit formation, though a few caution that the material overlooks broader economic impacts and industry job losses associated with reducing meat production.
I was already well aware of this subject. I learned a lot about this when I started to approach a more environmentally sustainable diet with reduced animal consumption. I learned a lot of information right now through this course and I'm happy to have upgraded!
Sure eating less meat on average is good. However of we stopped producing meat, think of app the buisnesses that branch from that after the farmer. I feel like no one ever considers the vast range of jobs that would be eliminated. From processing, regulation, marketing, etc. I agree with less meat, but the idea of eating lentils and saying it's just as good, or that there's no negatives is just not a realistic thing.
this was really useful - I learned a lot about human psychology intersects with climate science and adaptability. I'm definitely conisidering using some of these approaches moving forward, they seem great.
